Due to our service being digital in nature and the process we use to help users sell their property, there are costs involved in the syndication, promotion, and advertising of the listed properties which we incur regardless of whether or not the user decides to cancel after payment.

In view of this, payments for property listings are Non Refundable so we urge users to make sure they accept this policy before making any payment for listings.
